OVERSAS DIRECT:
We have very strong abilities of custom sourcing & manufacturing capability. You are cordially invited to contact us with your custom project. ACCEPTANCE of ORDER:
All orders are subject to credit approval. All orders must be confirmed in writing either by mail or fax to ensure accuracy. Any change to an order must be in writing & confirmed by the factory.

STANDARD PRODUCTIONS: 
Standard production time is 5-7 business days. Our production times are subject to change depending on stock, paper proofing, as well as quantity. Please contact factory on larger quantity. Production time for all service starts after customer sign confirmation form back.

RUSH ORDERS: 
Factory charges 1-3 days rush service for some items. Production time starts after all approvals have been received by factory.

REPEAT ORDERS: 
Please specify the most recent P.O. Number and Brainchild Order No# to ensure correct artwork is used. Customer Purchase Orders are kept on file for two (2) year from the last order date. A copy and/or color change charge still applies for re-orders and/or color changes.

SAMPLE POLICY:
Most Samples are charged at the cost of the 1000 quantity price, the first $7 are complementary, the following types of items are not covered by this policy: crystal, awards, keyboards, mice, USB Hubs, solar chargers, few backpacks, duffle bags, briefcases, wine sets, fabric items. For the items that are not included, the price will be charged at the 1,000 unit price or EQP whichever comes first. For Crystal Awards, the price will be charged at the column BLANK pricing for the number of samples ordered. Freight is not included. Please provide your shipping account number for shipping. Samples sales are final and non-returnable or refundable.

WIRE TRANSFER: 
Any payment made via wire transfer will be subject to $30 wire transfer fee.

BLANK MERCHANDISES: 
Please call for the blank merchandise quote. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for returned blank merchandise.

CONFIRMAITONS/ARTWORK APPROVALS: 
All confirming orders must be clearly signed on the CONFIRMATION FORM by customer. It is of the utmost importance to sign order confirmation /art paper proof form and fax back as soon as possible in order to meet delivery dates.
If approvals are delayed, rush charges and/or expedited freight may be required at the customer.
 
OVER/UNDER-RUNS: 
Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity that ordered. However, we reserve the right to ship up to 3% over or under runs & will bill accordingly for the imprinted products.

PRICES: 
Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for incorrect pricing or production times in flyers, catalogs, websites or descriptions found on 3rd party websites or databases.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS&CLAIMS: 
Product cannot be returned without prior factory authorization. Returns must be authorized by Brainchild Gift Club and have a return authorization number. No claim or return will be accepted or credited 30 days after shipment. Any damages or losses that occur during transit must be claimed with the freight carrier.

SHIPPING METHODS: 
All shipments are made FOB California. We ship the best and most economical way to ensure on-time delivery. Methods of shipping include UPS, FEDEX or common carrier. This applies to all orders unless otherwise specified. We will not be responsible for late deliveries by a carrier when we have shipped on a requested date. If third-part billing is requested for shipments, we will add a $ 5.00(g) fee per package for handling.

SPLITSHIPMENTS:
$8.00(G) per additional location. This charge applies to orders with more than on ship to or orders that require partial shipments to be made at more than one time.

Returned Shipments & claims:
Product cannot be returned without prior factory authorization. No claim or return will be accepted or credited 30 days after shipment. Any damages or losses that occur during transit must be claimed with the freight carrier.
